location is excellent, very central. the room decor was lovely and the bed was comfortable. staff kept me updated before and throughout my stay. i loved the stay.
walls are thin and tv watching was forbidden after 11 pm. a pub terrace was close. fortunately it was cold so nobody was there in the evening.

the hotel has a central location in the historic center. it is also very close to the canterbury west station. everything is very convenient and accessible for walking.

I found the location convenient. It was in the center of everything. I received clear communication and lovely updates prior to arrival. The room decor captivated me and the bed seemed very comfortable.
The TV reception proved intermittent . Made for a slight annoyance.

The room had a coffee machine, not a kettle. I did preferred a kettle. The TV was to close to the bathroom door. I almost hit my face on the corner. The room size was very, very small, what was unpleasing.

The shower was amazing, with a great size. Location proved to be so central. I could easily walk to shops. I certainly plan a return.
The stairs I found were quite steep and with luggage it was difficult. I wish there was an easier way to access the rooms.

central locationeasy accesssimplified arrival
the location is perfect. it is right on the high street so accessing shops and restaurants is just so easy i found major attractions like the cathedral within a quick walk the train station and nearby long-stay parking really simplified our arrival process.
the tv service in my room was intermittent i could not get a consistent aerial reception, and it made using the tv impossible.
